On the Artist Recovery podcast we dove deep into my creative journey, mental health story, and how I found my spark again. It’s a story of resilience, and Rich asked the kind of questions that pull real truth to the surface. Rich is a phenomenal host!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to be a part of your podcast, Rich Wright! It was one of the most inspiring conversations I’ve had this year. I’m honored to have been able to share such powerful space with you. May God continue to bless you and the work you are doing to keep making hashtag #MentalWealthDeposits for creatives and others.

Rich Wright doesn’t just host a podcast, he hosts a reckoning. What begins with the deceptively simple question, “Where were you born, and what was life like as a kid?” quickly becomes an unflinching excavation of your entire life. As a guest, I found myself walking back through the wreckage and wonder of it all, childhood scars, artistic pivots, private doubts, and the occasional small miracle that kept me going. Rich isn’t performing curiosity. He’s present. He listens like someone who knows that the real story isn’t in the elevator pitch, it’s in the pauses, the flinches, the messy digressions. This isn’t a podcast you “do.”, Two hours later you emerge feeling seen, wrung out, and unexpectedly whole. There’s no formula, no posturing, no clock-watching. Just two people in a Zoom room chasing truth until it stops running. WOW, just WOW

Had a great time chatting with Rich. It's so nice to see a podcast that is dedicated to artists and creatives like myself.
